Our client, a well-established and progressive engineering company, based in Paarl, seeks to employ an efficient, technically minded, organized and customer service orientated Sales and Front Office Coordinator, who meets the followingÂ experience requirements in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
This is a role requiring s candidate who is able to work independently, manage the front office and meet the following requirements
You will have Matric, coupled with 2-3 years experience in providing a sales support and sales administration function within a technical or production environment.
You must be meticulous in your record keeping and processing of sales orders, administration for quotations, invoicing, receipting of cash payments, preparing customer statements for month end payments, liaising with couriers for deliveries, preparing daily delivery and production schedules, converting quotations into completed sales and generating revenue through exceptional customer service.
You will also have solid experience in Excel at an advanced level
You will be proactive, think quickly on your feet to avoid mitigation, perform under pressure and work well independently, as the Project Manager travels extensively.
You must have a valid driver''s license, a clear credit and criminal record and your own reliable vehicle.
Residence in the Winelands and surrounding areas will receive preference.
