One of our clients, a well-established company in Green Point is seeking a Admin / Bookkeeper.
Description of role and responsibilities :
Responsible for the general administration behind deals, including but not limited to :
Preparing and upkeep of the client files
Responsible for general office administration
Manage travel arrangements for other staff members
Responsible for the upkeep of accounting records on Pastel to trial balance
Pastel processing ie cashbooks, creditor invoices, debtor invoices, journals
