Job Description

One of our clients, a well-established company in Green Point is seeking a Admin / Bookkeeper.

Description of role and responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the general administration behind deals, including but not limited to :
  • Preparing and upkeep of the client files
  • Responsible for general office administration
  • Manage travel arrangements for other staff members
  • Responsible for the upkeep of accounting records on Pastel to trial balance
  • Pastel processing ie cashbooks, creditor invoices, debtor invoices, journals
