A well established Industrial Manufacturing based in the East Rand is looking for a dynamic and detailed orientated HR Manager The client is looking for an individual with strong knowledge in dealing with Unions as well as Industrial Relations.

Manage the recruitment and selection process
Manages the wellness programs of the organisation
Monthly reporting to the CFO and MD
Loading and the administration of all new employees and the termination process of employees
Ensure that the outsourced payroll organisation has all the relevant information
Responsible of the updating of all new HR policies and procedures.
CCMA cases
Responsible for disciplinary processes.
Strong union negotiations Degree in HR Management 5-8 years in a similar role Strong experienc eworking with UnionsR CTC - R CTC per annum based on experienceDegree in HR Management 5-8 years in a similar role Strong experienc eworking with Unions
