Reporting to Dell EMC Brand Executive A dynamic self starter with distribution experience and extensive understanding of inventory management and product sales.
Main Purpose of Position is to manage and ensure the growth and development of the Dell Desktop and Notebook (CSG) Range of Products.
To Develop a Business Development Plan that documents the key sales & marketing strategies and a management system that measures performance and success.
The below KPA’s outlined are not exhaustive, additional responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary by your direct manager.
Responsibilities include : Manage the Sales and Brand performance function; Driving revenue targets through targeted set of partners;
Executing on set Vendor Rebate Objective; Driving Vendor Strategy and portfolio within existing and new targeted accounts;
Understand Vendor strategy, programs and complete portfolio of products; Quarterly Business Review Session with Vendors;
Non targeted partner development planning and review; Vendor Product Strategy and overview sessions; Partner recruitment and Development;
Operational processes; Assist with product strategy execution; Build and manage relationship with Vendors team members; Overseeing Product Procurement;
Sales Operations; Brand Operations; Working with Account Managers and Regional Managers to drive Product Sales; Manage Vendor Relationship;
Oversee Reseller Relationships; Be the Programme Champion who is the single point of contact within the Reseller and to Vendor for the running of the Programme (eg partner programs, incentive programs and rebate programs) Ensure the satisfactory execution of this business strategy plan;
Continuously review on a monthly basis the business strategy and the investment of the rebate earned through it; Demonstrate sales growth;
Report opportunity details to Vendor on a regular basis (bi weekly) showing deal progression and pipe line creation using Customer Relationship Management system;
Ensure that sales targets are achieved and report any deviations with detailed reasoning; Management of the brand budget (ensure accurate reporting of the profile and loss);
Managing the brand within the specified budget and driving performance to achieve Vendor rebates; Managing of Quarterly CSG targets defined by Dell Technologies;
Managing of Quarterly SNS Targets defined by Dell Technologies; Aged Stock Managing and Selling; Quarterly Rebates Target;
All Warehousing and Logistics associated to CSG Marketing Management; Conduct Quarterly and Annual Marketing Planning sessions with Vendor and Non Vendor Targeted Partners Partner Enablement (Target , Certifications, growth);
Quarterly Promo and Programs planning session; Quarterly Promo and programs management; All Marketing Campaigns, Initiatives, GTM Strategies;
Regional alignment with all GM’s and Divisional managers across South Africa and SADC
