AutoTrader is looking for a well-spoken individual to take on the role of a Private Sales Consultant-Telesales. The candidate will be based in the Gauteng region and will form part of the Operations Team.

To handle customer orders / queries by telephone, by mail or walk-in. To assist with the implementation of the departmental objectives by calling clients with the intention of selling them products sold by the company.
To achieve targets though sales to new and / or existing clients. To provide an efficient and professional service to all clients and improve service levels.
To perform administration duties that are required, while actively living out the corporate value system as defined by The Road Less Travelled.
To deal with all incoming calls as quickly and efficiently as possible
Ensure all calls are dealt with professionally and courteously
To achieve sales revenue targets
To achieve minimum performance standards
To execute all sales campaigns
Canvass and / or re-canvass customers from Leads provided
To ensure effective communication is maintained within the department and other management personnel.
To maintain a high level of customer service at all times and assist clients where necessary
All client complaints / queries to be resolved within the same working day
To ensure a high level of quality and accuracy is carried out on all tasks
To adhere to the departments standard operating procedures
To ensure all Fall Off customers are contactedTo contact customers where their adverts have expired in order to upsell
To assist customers with failed payment queries
Who we’re looking for :
2 Years Sales (Inbound & Outbound), in a fast paced business environmen
Good command of the English language
Advantageous if fluent in Afrikaans as well as any other South African languages
