A well-established market leader in the construction / manufacturing industry is looking for a Branch Administrator to be based at their office in Nelspruit.

Salary is R230,000 per annum (total cost to company)

Responsibilities

  • Switchboard and Reception
  • Receiving Clients and assisting with product information and specifications
  • Generating quotations and job cards
  • Managing petty cash
  • Assisting and reporting on branch debtors
  • Dispatching and receiving of trucks
  • Stock control
  • Managing handyman and casual workers
  • Arrangements relating to warranty work and maintenance on stock and other equipment
  • Liaison with head office
  • Grade 12
  • Administration qualification
  • Computer literate
  • Valid driver's license
  • Min 3 years experience in a similar role
