New high end Restaurant in central Sandton is looking for a Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete day to day running of the business, and will report directly to the owners.
Applicants must be well spoken & fluent in English. Skills required include strong communications skills, time management skills, organizing skills, problem solving skills and multitasking abilities.
The business comprises of a full Restaurant with private dining areas and meeting rooms. Duties will include :
Ordering and procurement
Daily opening and closing procedures
Quality and service control
Food costs and margin control
Food and beverage stock control and management
Cashing up and balancing of incomes
Staff management & training
