Ambius is a global brand across North America, Europe South Africa and Australia. Requirements The purpose of a Key Account Manager is to protect the Region and Company’s revenue from risk of loss or reduction of portfolio.

To represent the Region and Company to existing customers in pursuit of business retention, and actively seek growth opportunities.

To achieve Retention targets, and annual KPI’s. Achievement and improve retention targets and perform in line with Key Performance Indicators set for annual period Make every effort to encourage our existing client base to retain our services by building and maintaining professional client relationships, and draw from regional support where required Communicate terms / Risk / Opportunities (including NA) on a regular basis, teaming up in meetings and proactively seeking and structuring retention proposals for submission Maintain accurate and regularly updated surveys to ensure appropriate service profiles and information record Complete and maintain up to date site risk assessments inform Operations team of any changes to allow safe practice at all times.

Be responsible for all price adjustments to client profile MPI negotiation. Develop secondary decision making contact within client’s business Develop a relationship tier integrating customer stakeholders and RISA responsible parties Maintain complete records of all activities regarding customer, creating a relevant and factual data base Actively develop service range expansion to client portfolio Adherence to Company and divisional standards in terms of hours of work, minimum performance standards, reporting, completion of relevant documentation, use of company assets and policies et al Customer service 75% time allocation Administration 15% time allocation Reporting (all requirements) Policy compliance Meetings / collaboration 10% time allocation (Local, Regional, National) Master losses follow ups with RKAM as well as feedback to RSM and National Retention Manager Skills Selling skills / persuasiveness / interpersonal Tenacity and resilience Initiative / proactive Integrity / reliability High energy levels (action orientated) Goal setting and achievement Self confident / assertive / passionate Customer service / relationship building ability Problem solving skills / solution driven Lateral thinker Organisational and planning skills Good verbal and written communication skills Awareness of competitor activity Ability to interact with clients at all levels Awareness of Health & Safety measures around on working environment at all times Ability to lead, direct and supervise completion of actions plans SKILLS (ESSENTIAL) Valid drivers licence Above average communication skills (written / verbal / non-verbal) Numerical acumen Computer literate HD Customer Experience in either Pest Control or Hygiene is non negotiable Qualifications and Experience Matric Tertiary Qualification advantageous.

Business to business sales external meetings Minimum 12 24 months of proven experience in a similar role Computer literacy MS Office, Windows, Internet tools Customer care - retention of sales Sales experience in Service Industry Strong behavioural connection with values of service, relationships and teamwork High energy level / self-motivated / planning and organizing Team player / collaborative / initiative / innovative / persuasive Highly developed communication skills (written / verbal / non-verbal) Ability to form strong customer relationships at all levels Focusing our best efforts on achieving the company's objectives Benefits Are you interested?
