Requirements :
  • Matric

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience specifically as a Headhunter or as a Senior Consultant with a proven portfolio of relevant clients or placements (Technical, Manufacturing, Engineering, Petrochemical, Finance, Mining, Retail, FMCG, State Owned Entities, Logistics / Distribution and / or any other specialist industry)
  • Proven track record of personal revenue generated last 2 years
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search)
  • Proven track record of current network (LinkedIn connections etc.)
  • In depth industry knowledge
  • Duties :

  • Proactively looking for Executive Search or Senior level recruitment opportunities
  • Conduct telesales to garner business
  • Attend briefing sessions with clients to qualify requirements
  • Talent mapping and planning of pipeline (including but not limited to market research, social media and advertisements)
  • Writing and posting of adverts, using critical information from a job specification to attract the right talent
  • Conduct proactive market research to identify and approach passive, suitable candidates
  • Continuous communication with clients to ensure timelines and challenges are communicated
  • Preparing of candidates prior to interview with client
