Duties :

  • Sourcing and evaluate tender opportunities; - Analyzing potential tenders; - Reporting and presenting of tender opportunities;
  • Collaborate with estimators and tender administrators on tender viability; - Assist with compiling tender documents; - Reporting all information to the Tender Administrator;
  • Searching for relevant tenders on various platforms and distribution to the ascertain interest; - Ensure tender bulletins are checked daily and feedback provided to the Tender Administrator;
  • Arrange collection of tender documents (if physical collection is required); - Communicate internally, prepare for and conduct internal meetings for each bid;
  • Set deadline and responsibilities for the team to provide you with what is required; - Follow up on submitted tenders;
  • Obtain feedback from clients on unsuccessful tenders. Experience / Skills : - At least 3 years' experience in tenders.
  • Proven working experience with tender administration. - Knowledge of sourcing tender techniques. - Negotiating - and networking skills.
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data. - Excellent Reading Skills. - Computer literacy (MS Office, specifically Excel, Internet online).
  • Administration and organizational skills. - High attention to detail. - Ability to meet deadline. - Organized and systematic.
  • Communication skills (verbal & written). - Analytical thinking. - Working with people at senior level. - Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Previous experience with Information Technology Tenders.
