East RandDuties & Responsibilities : Ensuring the company's processes comply with employment law.Administering MIE checks.

Administering HR documents.Setting up interviews and assessments.Drafting regret letters.Processing payroll related data, including absences, bonuses and leaves.

Providing secretarial support through tasks such as data entry, filing, printing, etc.Support all internal HR related inquiries or requests.

Desired Experience & Qualifications : B.Com in HR.3 years experience as an HR Assistant (Essential).Effective HR administration and people management skills.

Able to meet tight deadlines.Salary / Package : Market related.
