Worldleader in Electrical / Data Manufacturer is seeking to employ a Marketing Manager.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the management of all retail and wholesale accounts and staff for South Africa and will report directly to the General Manager.

Daily interaction and development of strategic Company topics with Key distributors / channels, with the planning of special actions to increase brand awareness and sales of products defined during the Annual Sales conference.

Define with the Communications Manager the required marketing & communication tools and strategy for each distributors / channel partner / product group.

Participate actively in the definition and implementation of measures enabling the development of our positions on the Southern African markets in line with the Group''s strategy.

Participate in the market diagnosis and the elaboration of the resulting business plans.

Relay to the SBUs the specific nature of the markets and their requirements (products, prices, etc.) and provide business expertise.

Support General Manager in collecting and analysing market information in order to identify its characteristics (trends, products, competitors, prices, economic chain, route to market).

The objective is to gain market share, increase sales volume and contribute to the performance of the economic result.

Contribute to Group processes (LRP / Master Plan / Budgets) and to those of South African (offer reviews, reporting, etc.).

Participate actively in the definition and implementation of measures enabling the development of our positions on the Southern African markets in line with the Group''s strategy.

Participate in the market diagnosis and the elaboration of the resulting business plans.

Support country subsidiary General Manager in collecting and analysing market information in order to identify its characteristics (trends, products, competitors, prices, economic chain, route to market).

Set the correct pricing and description updates within the ERP.

Required Skills :

Strong Excel and Financial Skills a requirement.

Tertiary Education (Degree or Higher)8 Years Work Experience (Preferably Electrical or Data center industry)

Package : Basic Salary + Car Allowance + Petrol + Medical Aid + Pension + Bonus
