Johannesburg - Our client based in the Southern Suburbs is looking for a Customer Care Consultant / Order Clerk to act as a liaison between the Company and customers, provide product / service information, administrate and follow through on all orders and resolve any emerging problems that clients / customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications Grade 12 High School diploma Relevant computer software (Syspro, Advance Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point) Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same / similar role Relevant qualification / s ideal Competencies Attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Knowledge of relevant computer applications Effective / advanced typing skills Knowledge of administrative procedures Numeric, oral and written language applications Product knowledge Interpersonal skills Communication skills verbal and written Listening skills Problem analysis and problem solving Data Collection and ordering Customer Service orientation Responsibilities Capture all orders received form customers Arrange for collection and return Set up customer accounts Process orders, forms, applications and requests Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource Manage customers’ accounts Keep record of customer interactions and transactions Record details for inquiries, comments and complaints Record details of actions taken Prepare and distribute customer activity reports Maintain customer databases Manage administration Follow up on customer interactions National warranty claims Complaint entry onto Syspro Follow-up on warranties Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face Respond promptly to customer queries Handle and resolve customer complaints Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries Provide pricing and delivery information Perform customer verification Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process Deal with direct product exchanges for Gauteng area.

Arrange local direct exchanges deliveries Assist factories with exchange orders with regards to production Liaise and communicate with other departments and ensure and effective interface within is maintained Feedback to the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continues improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery
