We are assisting our client, who are in Financial Services and are highly respected in the industry to find a Client Relationship Manager.
With 4 years plus hands on experience in a consulting position within Fiduciary, Trust and Tax and or Commercial knowledge must be spot on Advantageous if you have a relevant qualification and a postgraduate qualification in tax.
Some of your varied duties will be : -Give professional fiduciary trustee and administration services to allocated fiduciary clients, whist working in a team.
You will maintain and build the Trust clients and giving guidance to Trustees and Beneficiaries ensuring that compliance is met.
Handle enquiries in a timely, professional way which will go beyond the clients expectations and service relationships to improve, retain and grow the business.
On board new clients, obtain required documentation and signatures from all involved ensuring full compliance.Draft the Deed of New Trusts and do necessary changes to existing Trusts.
On taking over an existing Trust do a legal audit and report on existing Trust deeds and supporting documents.Complete the paperwork for lodgement with the Master, Fulfil and comply with Fiduciary duty.
Schedule all arrangements relating to Trustee meetings, Attend Trustee meetings, Prepare and circulate the notice and agenda for Trustee meetings, Prepare the meeting packs for Trustee meetings, Take the minutes of the meeting and circulate them Be responsible for tasks and items that must be done until completion.
Draft resolutions, and agreements.Be responsible for the Trusts bank account be the first approval of transactions, ensure payment is made.
See to Trust matters for Trustees and Beneficiaries for example renal income, fee payments, distributions.
Be a designated officer and signatory in the South African Fiduciary office on behalf of the business, as required, Act as the business representative trustee or director on client entities or the business entities, as required.
Manage output of advice from Legal, Fiduciary and Investment Services ensuring timeous service delivery to the clients;Liaise with Accounting and Tax compliance teams to ensure full and accurate disclosure in the Annual Financial Statements as well as the attendant taxing of transactions, either in the structure or in the beneficiaries returns of income.
Communicate well and update clients of progress on assignments.Complying with all risk management procedures.Invoicing client work on time and do general proactive administration.
