Primary purpose of the role :

  • Oversee the delivery of IT Operations and IT Service Management Services to a high-profile customer
  • Provided consistently high levels of services delivery of already implemented Micro Focus Operations Bridge and Service Management Automation (SMAX) technologies
  • Manage additional demand aligned to strategic roadmap
  • Ensure Management, delivery and governance against the Service (SLA)
  • Contract and Service Schedule management, Demand / Request management, delivery team / resource task allocation and prioritisation, monthly operational reporting and adherence to processes
  • Qualifications :

  • Relevant IT Degree or Diploma (B.Sc Computer Science / Engineering degree or appropriate IT Diploma)
  • ITIL Certification
  • Experience :

  • 5+ years’ experience in Information Technology
  • Extensive experience in IT Operations (monitoring, process automation, CMDB technologies) and IT Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Request and Knowledge management)
  • Project initiation, execution and control
