Our client in the Education and Training sector, based in Port Elizabeth is currently looking to employ an experienced Support Services Manager.

An awesome career opportunity awaits. Requirements : Grade 12 and Financial Management Degree.Accounting or Bookkeeping or similar.

3-5 years’ experience in a Senior Management position.Strategic MindsetBusiness InsightResults DrivenFinancial Acumen Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to : Manage Finance Functions : Ensure requests and requirements of Managing Director with regards to the finances, including payments and salaries are provided for payment.

Ensure financial administration completed as per governance and company policy.Ensure that invoicing and collection are completed as per company policy.

Provide weekly and monthly reports to Managing Director as per company requirements.Manage Facilities : Ensure that housekeeping is executed as per company policy and that any problems are dealt with effectively.

Ensure that all employ resources are working, including internet, laptops and phones.Execute facility projects as per quarterly planning, ensuring service providers are procured as per company policy.

Manage rental properties effectively as per company policy.Manage Sales and Marketing : Ensure that marketing strategy is executed successfully.

Ensure that sales targets are reached, and strategy executed as per annual planning.Trouble shoot any problems and resolve any difficulties in line with company policy to ensure that the brand values are upheld.

Manage Self Effectively : Adapt approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations and operate effectively.
