About this job

Our client requires the service of a Financial Administrator.

Duties

Key performance areas :

Monthly processing up to trail balance.

Processing of bank reconciliation.

Preparation and submission VAT201 return.

Payroll function of a number of companies.

Preparation and submission of EMP201 and EMP501 return.

Issue IRP5’s and IT3(a) certificates.

Preparation and review of tax returns for companies and individuals.

Handling SARS related queries.

Compilation of financial statements.

The successful candidate must have :

Matric with enough experience to be able to perform abovementioned duties

Must be able to interact with clients

Excellent computer literacy

Good communication skills (English & Afrikaans) and professionalism; especially when dealing with clients

Ability to handle pressure

Must be meticulous and deadline driven

Must be a problem solver
