Develop an outstanding team : recruit, develop, and retain highest quality national teaching & non-teaching staff Supervise the marketing and student recruitment actions in order to achieve the school’s enrolment objectives Develop and implement the school’s financial strategy, ensure efficient and effective school fee collection Ensure smooth day to day operations in a school and manage growth towards a target of 200 students Implement Education Standards and Practices and Operating Manual Report performance to our shareholders and manage their expectations.
Requirements The ideal candidate has full professional proficiency in English Has extensive experience with especially day to day leadership in school operations.
He must have thorough financial insight and is able to develop and implement a finance strategy, in particular with regards to school fee collection.
The candidate must demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude, lots of energy and resilience; he must think growth and scale.
The successful candidate should have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task is required and previous management experience within a tertiary education environment.
