As a key member of the Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for working with the marketing team to drive digital activations to generate qualified leads in support of overall Demand Generation goals.
They will work collaboratively to drive campaigns leveraging content, events and integrated SEO / SEM programs as well as digital campaigns.

The Digital Marketer will have primary responsibility for operating Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn and Pardot to drive lead generation and qualification.
This person will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to execute content marketing and event-based campaigns while leveraging ongoing SEO / SEM programs.
The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with experience in developing and executing high-impact campaigns, measuring all results, and continuously optimizing for success.
This candidate will be well versed in the Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising platforms. Specifically, the candidate will :
Lead website optimization
Analyze & react to campaigns, making changes to optimize performance
Manage digital marketing budget
Uphold brand consistency across platforms
Continuously monitor and report on organic search programs following SEO best practices & tactics
Track and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns that integrate with and leverage popular social network platforms
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations partners to execute on lead management initiatives to drive qualified leads to Sales
Leverage Pardot, content resources, and web analytics programs to define and deliver traffic and lead growth initiatives
Incorporate testing methodologies to enhance and optimize campaigns
Serve as the subject matter expert on Pardot operations and train marketing team members and inside sales members on critical components that will multiply success for lead generation
Required Skills and Experience
3+ years of experience in lead generation, ideally with B2B software company
An established track record of data-driven campaign management, digital marketing reporting and campaign optimization
Proficiency in automated marketing campaigns supported by results and learnings
Strong analytical skills with a love of data and a passion for optimizing results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills
