Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for a Sales Representative to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Build strong, trust relationships with current customers.
  • Build the Selpal and supplier brands through focused execution.
  • Comply with call cycles and related procedures by accurately recording every visit on the Field Sales platform.
  • Sell product to customers.
  • Optimize stores trading in assigned territory to be at required %.
  • Achieve monthly total sales target.
  • Drive direct deposits in all outlets.
  • Daily cash collections within stores in accordance with company policy.
  • Daily cash deposits in accordance with company policy.
  • Zero overdue deposits daily.
  • Strictly comply with all company policies.

    Qualifications

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics and / or Accounting.

  • Proven experience in a target driven sales environment.
  • 3 5 years FMCG experience with focus on township markets.
  • Proven computer literacy with working knowledge on Field Sales platform / s.
