Minimum Requirements : 1 3 years of Sports Betting Industry Knowledge. Knowledge of various sports such as Cricket / Rugby / Horse Racing and Soccer.
2 - 3 years of Sales Experience. Experience in the management of client relationships. Valid Drivers Licence - Code 08. Advantageous : Diploma / Degree in Marketing and Communication, or a similar relevant field.
Responsibilities : Working closely with the Business Analyst in identifying the VIP customer base, monitoring betting trends and patterns on a weekly, monthly and quarterly / annual basis across all sporting platforms.
To retain and strive to increase betting activity of a group of select VIP customers through providing customer relationship and recognition interventions appropriate to the relevant customer profile with regards to racing, soccer and other sports.
Planning entertainment of VIP customers and introduction of VIP style events. Increase the customer base to grow the group of VIP customers and retain the existing customers within the VIP platforms.
With the segmentation of the VIP customer base, to actively create relationships with customers, co-ordinate events, assistance with daily customer queries, and introduce new innovations to the platforms to assist with possible revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Accompanying and hosting customers to sporting events / lifestyle events and ensure a high level of personal attention whilst upholding the Hollywoodbets brand.
Measure the results of these strategies and report on the value add and return on investment. Meet financial targets and growth targets regarding VIP customer / punter betting activities and customer growth.
Structured regional visits to entertain and interact with customers on a regular basis. Analyzing of current VIP strategy and producing of monthly reports to the business.
Assistance with hosting in Sporting Suites and Purple Colt VIP Room. Any other related duties that might be required. Skills and competencies : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
