Description

The Field Validation Manager is responsible for maintaining the organization's effective product delivery by defining and delivering real world product field validation projects on product prior to release and the review of existing solutions in the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To facilitate the creation of production monitoring from development and run such systems to monitor and report on field applicability.
  • Identify and manage field testing methods and field test groups in line with different solution variables.
  • Create and manage the schedule for field testing of developed solutions.
  • Create and liaise with testing groups to document field relevance and feedback.
  • Liaise with Inbound Product Manager to align field test standards and consult on inputs to business specification to align solutions to the expected experience.
  • Report and manage field testing feedback with product & development teams.
  • Collaborate with integrated, cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive field testing that contributes to successful product release and drives ecosystem uptake of solutions and relaunch of existing solutions.
  • Managing multiple complex field-testing projects.
  • Ensure technology standards and best practices are met.
  • Supervising workflows across developments.
  • Utilize and keep updated internal Product Operations systems.
  • Create & distribute monthly Field-Testing reports to internal & external stakeholders. (RAID / Escalations / Status Updates)
  • QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary Qualification in Field Testing and Validation or related field;
  • 3+ years SYSPRO Knowledge, ideally field consultative and / or deep product or industry software solutions.
  • Project Management Certification an added advantage;
  • 2+ years’ experience in the field of validation and field use of ERP products for mid-market manufacturing companies.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
