Senior Sales Representative Medsurg Sportsmed
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager
Promotes and sells a portfolio of technical and / or nontechnical products and / or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers.
Informs customers of new product / service introductions and prices. Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
Roles typically require a university degree, or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline.
The job requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information.
About the Role
Call on Orthopaedic surgeons -via rooms, in theatre, hospital tearooms
Have to sell on a daily basis
Admin weekly & monthly reports, stock take, quotes for repairs & product orders
Call on Matrons, scrub sisters, pharmacy managers, CSSD sisters, stock controllers
Conduct regular workshops with Doctors, scrub sisters, CSSD sisters
Constant online trainings for development
Collaborate with team as well as other divisions
Scrub up for theatre cases CRICE certified
Travel is 70-80% of the time
Reside in / close to the territory.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.

Qualifications / Experience :
5+ years Sales experience in the Sportsmed field with Diploma in related field.
Higher Education preferable.
Knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device regulations a must.
