Gibela Rail Transport Consortium invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the Business Solutions Developer (Fixed -Term contract).
The position reports to the Industrial Manager.
The purpose of the role :
Support roll-out implementation in accordance with the mobilization plan of the service contract execution (Industrial)
Analyse process, track maturity level and assist in continuous improvement process.
Lead the deployment of New Technology for innovative solution adapted to the business
Lead IoT initiatives according roadmaps defined by Central Team
Support planning and milestones for new solution implementation for Industrial business
Support post project phase, training and support of end-users
Lead in the writing of new technology specifications for business deployment
Support start of Repair activity for system usage
Support continuous improvement process :
Analyse efficiency of the processes
Identify priorities and operational areas of improvements
Set-up goals and define KPI accordingly for GSI usage
Support continuous improvement action plan
Assist when conducting periodic process efficiency audits
Ensure deployment of SAP Document Management System for business support
Understand the process of the core solution
Understand key contractual obligations (MMIS VO and degraded modes)
Lead data cleansing initiatives
Support TSSSA IS&T environment items
Create training plans for the various deployments of technology and systems
Ensure that operational procedure are up-dated according to the new process implementation
Ensure support level one after GO-Live
Main Competence Areas
Use to specify Information system and familiar with project approach and methodology,
