CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To offer project management and execution in end to end completion of special brand & client projects.
The Digital Project Manager works with digital project teams to deliver & co-ordinate resources, project analysis & overall project requirements.
The project manager will analyse & organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget. The project manager will assist to co-ordinate, implement & manage projects on a daily basis, reviewing deliverables, facilitating team, client, supplier meetings and requirements.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Manage internal & external projects end to end.
Document Project requirements.
Liaise between internal stakeholders & clients.
Contribute to weekly planning.
Ensure that all project stakeholders are informed and meeting notes taken and shared.
Assist to draft project proposals, costs and timelines.
Quality control of service levels, projects and execution.
Assist to review and signoff completion of projects.
Onsite meetings with client, working through project gantts and key stakeholder deliverables.
Assist to develop strategic project plans that meet project & client requirements.
Focus on closing projects, deals, campaigns to drive revenue.
Provide project management reports to management once a week.
Develop, manage and monitor projects to completion, work within costing and budgets.
Maintain project & campaign excellence with key accounts.
Technical competencies required
Technical & Agile Digital Project management experience.
Co-ordinating multiple projects & campaigns at once.
Co-ordinating resources when outwork suppliers cannot deliver / perform to required standards of work and deadlines.
Effectively translate client’s needs into requirements, apply rational and practical solutions.
High impact as deadlines have to be met whilst maintaining quality standards.
Valid Driver’s License.

Working Environment and Management Style
High pressure and deadline driven working environment.
8am to 5pm Monday to Friday Additional requirement for extra hours on site when projects are live (Due to the nature of the position, after / extra hours and weekend work will be required where projects demands).
National travel may be required to various clients.
Open plan office environment.
Must be self-disciplined and able to work independently and within a team.
Must preferably have own transport and be willing to work overtime with short notice.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Qualification and Experience
Tertiary qualification or equivalent
Experience in digital / technical agile project management
Matric exemption essential
Minimum of 5 years’ agency related working experience
Highly Computer literate
MS Suite + KeyNote essential
Project management software experience essential (JIRA or other)
Writing / Communication Skills :
Strong ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
