Support in the typing of new documents, formatting, facilitating reviews and finalising documents for input into the new document management system (alfresco).
Ensure compliance to the ISO 9001 requirements for document control. Assist with the SOP review project with co-ordinating document control, review and schedule.
General administrative duties such as typing, creating documents, capturing minutes and other duties. Assist with the piloting of a 5S system in CS / Planning office with a view of rolling out to the organisation.
Assist with the coordination of action plans for both the Operations Improvement Plan and the Service Improvement Plans.
