Responsible for setting sales, customer acquisition strategy, and customer retention strategy

Reporting directly to CEO and collaborating with the Exec team to help drive customer-driven retention strategies to enhance the customer experience
Build, lead, and motivate a strong sales team
Establish strong working relationships withkey stakeholders across the business (marketing, operations, finance, technical, communities)
Create the processes and systems to improve our ability to read our performance

BCom Degree or equivalent in Sales / Marketing
5 years related sales management experience
