Blue-chip clients include commercial and retail enterprises such as banks, national retailers, and supermarket chains to warehouse conglomerates and SMMEs, looking at new verticals based on a community orientated approach and strategic partnership.

Duties :

  • Responsible for setting sales, customer acquisition strategy, and customer retention strategy
  • Responsible for leading the business into new verticals based on a community orientated approach and strategic partnerships
  • Reporting directly to CEO and collaborating with the Exec team to help drive customer-driven retention strategies to enhance the customer experience
  • Build, lead, and motivate a strong sales team
  • Establish strong working relationships withkey stakeholders across the business (marketing, operations, finance, technical, communities)
  • Create the processes and systems to improve our ability to read our performance
  • Requirements :

  • High emotional intelligence, empathetic and first principles thinking with the ability to think deeply about how the industry to can change in the economic climate
  • A willingness to always learn, listen, and think deeply about what customers value, and the ability to venture into unknowing terrain to execute
  • Ability to think on their feet and use their initiative to solve problems and deliver solutions and not having to be hand-held along the way.
  • BCom Degree or equivalent in Sales / Marketing
  • 5 years related sales management experience
  • Fascination with technology
  • Excellent communication skills
