Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer My client is a provider of M&E HVAC building services engineering and facilities management, providing a high specification commercial, corporate and industrial client base with tailored and bespoke building services and facilities solutions.

A Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer is required to carry out PPM, servicing, fault finding and reactive / breakdown repairs to commercial gas systems i.

e. commercial boilers, plant rooms, warm air heating & radiant within a number of client environments to include (not limited to) corporate office accommodation, commercial properties, retail premises & industrial facilities located throughout the South West region, particualry the Bristol, Swindon & M4 Corridor areas.

In addition to the main aspect of commercial gas system maintenance the Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer will also carry out basic, 'first-look' maintenance to air conditioning systems and equipment to include AC units, AHU & FCU.

Essential Candidate Requirements & Additional InformationACS Commercial Gas i.e. CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1Possess a strong background in performing PPM, service & fault finding to commercial gas heating systems and associated plant & equipment.

The ability to 'multi-skill' and perform wider building services maintenance activities as appropriate i.e. basic 'first-look' to Air Conditioning / HVAC, AHU & FCU.

Driving License 40, - 45, Company Vehicle i.e. Ford Connect Van (Reasonable personal use permitted)Call-out is approximately 1 - 5Call-out runs from Monday to Monday Paid 75.

00 - .00 for being on call and paid at time & a half Monday - Saturday & double-time for a Sunday When called out, paid at a minimum of 4 hours Travel Time : 30 minutes travel time each way is expected.
