Key Responsibilities :
Present, promote and sell Solar and Generator technologies
Monitor customer’s account status.
Submit quotations, including cost calculations, data sheets, and drawings to customers and follow up independently or in liaison with a responsible representative.
Mapping and profiling target markets and customers
Develop strategies and plans to obtain business from customers (new and existing)
Maintain and communicate account and prospect information.
Training end users on the use of products
Developing and maintaining client database
Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business
Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
Informing customers of new product offerings
Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
Ensuring relevant managers are aware of changes within clients
Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
Base retention attending to client needs
Achieve sales target as set by the company
Requirements and Skills :
Must 3-4 years of sales experience industry experience is a must.
Previous experience working as a sales representative
Excellent communication skills to deal with clients on a technical level.
Technical understanding of Solar and Generator technologies (Non-negotiable).
Advise on optimal solutions.
Stay updated with market trends.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
A keen sense of urgency and willingness to learn additional job-related skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
Target driven and competitive.
Must be able to use own initiative when it comes to developing new business -think out of the box.
Must have own vehicle.
Up to R25 000 per month ( Attractive commission structure)
