The Digital Designer will work within our proprietary brand products, being responsible for conceptualising and producing miscellaneous online and print projects, promotional assets, animated assets, email templates, landing pages and brand identity assets.
You will work with the rest of the Creative Department, but you will also need to be able to take design briefs directly and interact with our various department stakeholders seeing things through from start to finish.
Conceptualise & produce various types of retention and marketing assets for our brands;
Produce animated assets like social media videos, html5 and gif banners;
Produce landing pages for our brand and affiliate sites;
Produce and update brand email templates;
Conceptualise & produce identity assets such as logos and brand style guidelines;
Prepare and provide digital assets for our affiliate sites;
Conceptualise & produce print assets such as print ads and leaflets;
Ability to take direction and support more senior staff in the delivery of big projects;
Working with project team members including project stakeholders and other Designers on a daily basis;
Maintain brand consistency throughout the creative assets;
Keep abreast of new technology and new applications;
Any other responsibility required to effectively manage the retention and marketing activities for the network.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is essential;
Strong skills in animation and video editing;
Strong skills in typography, layout and design;
HTML / CSS coding skills are a bonus;
Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and meticulous attention to detail;
Ability to deliver excellent results against challenging time deadlines;
Ability to simultaneously manage a range of complex tasks;
Proactive, enthusiastic and positive attitude combined with an open, honest and resilient approach;
We work on a hybrid model so we look at coming into the office around twice a week!
