    What will you do? An opportunity has arisen for an HR professional within Human Resources of the Sanlam Investments Group.

    The role provides operational support and has dual reporting to the Head : Learning & Development and Head : Talent & OD.

    What will make you successful in this role? Learning and Development operations and reporting Administration and logistics support for all L&D initiatives and programs.

    Work with relevant business unit representatives to ensure training records are captured on SAP. Drive data accuracy and comprehensiveness of all training data on SAP Prepare the draft annual WSP and ATR reports for finalisation with the Head : L&D and submission to Sanlam Group office.

    Prepare the files for skills development, EE audit and other relevant audits. Prepare reports as required for various forums, committees and as required by legislation.

    Responsible for co-ordination and administration of the study assistance, respond to queries and provide advice. Ensure the correct documents are completed, approvals obtained, correct service obligations periods are recorded, invoices meet the finance department’s requirements, payments are processed and proof of payments supplied to HR and the candidate / employee.

    Interact with payroll in respect of recovery of study debt and submission of study information to be captured. Maintain studies database, follow up on who will be writing, their results and prepare congratulatory emails.

    Work with the Head : L&D in the implementation of the (Success Factors) myWorkSpace learning module in SIG. Talent & OD operations and reporting Support the Head : Talent & OD with the co-

    ordination of talent management programmes and provision of an effective service to the business. Maintain all the related data and do the necessary analysis.

    Provide administrative support to the annual talent review and succession planning process including collating the input from businesses, preparing handouts and reports.

    Use of graphs, pivot tables, charts etc. for analysis of data Administrative support and co-ordination of EE and Diversity programmes.

    Prepare Employment Equity reports required for internal and external purposes. Qualification and Experience Appropriate degree / diploma with 3 to 5 years experience in the human resources field, or matriculant qualified by extensive experience Knowledge and Skills Complex HR Support HR administrative support Data analytics and MIS reporting HR Process and Practice enhancement Personal Attributes Plans and aligns -
