Office Administrator Greenpoint Salary : R12 000 R15 000 pm

Requirements :

Grade 12 Minimum of 5 years previous Debtors and Creditors experience is essential Computer literate - Advanced Excel and Pastel essential Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have an aptitude for numbers and accuracy

Duties :

Handling incoming calls and other communications Reception duties Debtors and creditors management Managing filing system Booking collections & deliveries with couriers Stock management (capture & label incoming & outgoing stock on our system) Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing Helping organize and maintain office common areas Performing general office clerk duties Maintaining office equipment as needed Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
