Interact with Dis-Chems customers, deal with, and help resolve, any customer complaints and concerns as well as assist with product inquiries.

TRMS - capturing and reportingManage stock control and shrinkageCheckpoint reversals on statementsCheck the manual point's allocation of card reports and statements, to ensure all manual allocations are given through to the Admin Manager on a daily basisEnsure effective internal communication within customer service / benefit programmeEscalate compliments, complaints and product sourcing to Senior or Regional Customer Consultants dailyManage and report complaints and compliments through the customer service diaryEnsure effective external communication customer feedbackRespond to written or e-
