JOB DESCRIPTION : Our client (within the Automotive industry) is recruiting a SHEQ Administrator in Silverton, Pretoria to ensure the efficient running of the Integrated Management System as well as compliance by staff in all processes through regular internal audits and continuous improvements.
Requirements : Matric.Engineering qualification.ISO auditing.Minimum 2 years SHEQ experience within a manufacturing environment (preferably automotive)SHE qualification is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written English language skills.Strong MS Office skills. Responsibilities : Conduct regular internal audits as per the audit plan for SHE&Q.
Driving and closing off findings from internal and external audits thereby ensuring continuous improvement in the organization and an effective IMS.
Environmental management and quality to QA Manager / Management via monthly reporting.Promote the 5S and escalate non-conformance to management.
Environmental and Quality management review meetings and give feedback via minutes / reports.Maintain and update calibration records with responsible staff.
Incident / injury recording; investigations and reports submitted to HR.Company safety coordinator appointment with Ford Motor Company.
Attend Monthly Ford Safety Meetings.Ensure all employees have appropriate PPE and ensure record keeping for all PPE receivedFacilitate with HR all training for H&S Reps, First Aiders and Fire Fighters.
