Minimum Requirements : Valid driver’s Licence. A minimum of 5 Years in Customer Service experience. Advantageous : Relevant Degree / Diploma.
Call Centre experience. Finance and Payments experience. Responsibilities : Recruitment within the Deposits, Withdrawals and Treasury Departments.
Ensure effective and efficient staff rostering. Monitoring time sheets and absenteeism and reviewing sign off of line managers.
Monitoring call volumes and call system to ensure the call centre is running smoothly at all times. Monitoring pending withdrawal volumes and ensuring the team pays out all requests in a given day.
Reporting of daily, weekly and monthly statistics. Assistance of the management of online gateways. Training and development within the departments.
Assist with the smooth implementation of new business development / projects. Assist and control the automation of withdrawals.
Work closely with audits in ensuring that all the necessary audit queries are received and returned in a timely manner. Skills and competencies : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of Mobile and internet betting. Impressive planning, organizational and time management skills. Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality.
