Overall Responsibility :
The primary objective of this position is to provide an accurate Forecasting and Procurement service for SSA as well as Managing the Inventory held at all 3PL’s warehouses, while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Forecasting for SSA (South Africa; DRC; Ghana,Zambia and other countries for new business)
Procurement Head Office (Consumables, Technical Operations & Equipment)
Desired Experience, Skills and Qualification
Extensive experience in Forecasting / Procurement and Inventory management is a must
Experience in managing 3PL warehouses from a stock control perspective is must
Understanding of system interfaces
Extensive understanding of the SAP system , Forecast-to-Replenish and Procure-to-Pay modules is a must
Understanding of SAP APO functionalities
Must be willing to travel to warehouses for stock takes and other stock related matters
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Computer literate on MS Office applications and MS Excel is a must
Degree / Diploma in Purchasing / Procurement & Logistics
