  • Managing all reservations both via email and online reservation platforms
  • Keeping online reservations platforms up to date

  • Assist and work closely with Marketing Manager with any information / reports she may need
  • Assist and work closely with Lodge Manageress with any information / reports she may need from the Reservationist.
  • To generate and compile reports and information for managers or directors from the database / system as instructed
  • Negotiating with guests to achieve revenue potential while keeping guests happy.
  • Be aware of and maintain relationships with regular guests and tour operators to encourage repeat business.
  • Ensuring that the database is maintained with accurate records for clients, agencies and companies
  • Ensuring that tour operator spreadsheet is maintained with accurate STO rates for tour operators
  • Cross selling of other properties within the collective and actively pursuing new connections and leads
  • Create itineraries around the Collective Members and inspire guests to travel further and longer with the Group
