Legal Cost Consultant - PretoriaHatfield, Pretoria : LEGAL COST CONSULTANTMinimum Requirements : -Young, well presented Afrikaans speaking male or female-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)-LLB completed and Admitted as an Attorney a must-Recent experience as a cost consultant a must (Preferably 5 years experience)-Experienced in drafting of cost accounts for legal matters at a law firm or cost consultants a must-Experienced in taxation and opposing of bills of costs-Fully independently functional-Computer literate-Stable employment record and contactable references-To start as soon as possibleDuties : -Drafting of cost accounts for legal matters (Litigation and Third Party Claims)-Drafting, presenting and opposing of bills of costs-Attend to taxation and opposes taxations-Drafting of party & party, attorney & client and attorney and own client bills of costs-Preparation and drafting of bill of costs-Opposing bills of costs and settling bills of costs-Calculation of legal feesSalary : R 30 R 45 gross (Depending on experience)
