To provide high standards of pharmaceutical care, accurate and safe dispensing services, including generic substitution, and the provision of advice in accordance with Clicks' way of working, good pharmacy practice and within the legal scope of practice as outlined by the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
To efficiently execute all operational activities of the call centre and administration in line with SAPC regulations and company standards.
To ensure the operational viability of the call centre through managing and promoting Central Repeat Prescription Services, managing central script orders placed via website / app or MedXPress, commercial campaigns and meeting other key targets.
To execute customer service initiatives to ensure a great customer experience, driving of customer loyalty and achievement of club card participation targets.
To build and maintain sound working relationships with relevant stakeholdersTo ensure competent and motivated employees by managing and leading a team of Pharmacist Assistants and administrators.
Ad hoc projects such as user testing of new or enhanced systems and processes, change management and providing store support when rolling out new process to stores.
