    Ten is looking for passionate, motivated and resourceful individuals to join our Global Travel Ops team. As a Travel Support Specialist, you will be supporting the fast-growing Travel Teams in our global offices with queries relating to flight bookings, hotel bookings, travel systems and back office systems.

    Your role will also include using your excellent Amadeus skills to assist with quality check of all PNRs, issuing and re-issuing air tickets, processing refunds, investigating debits from airlines, managing airline schedule changes, as well as other tasks which may involve communicating directly with our members.

    This also includes managing our supplier relationships.

    Responsibilities

  • Front line support for the travel teams with regards to flight bookings, hotel bookings, travel systems, back office systems and other adhoc queries.
  • Quality check of all flight bookings
  • Processing of all flight tickets, changes and re-issuing of air tickets.
  • Processing and managing all refunds of flight tickets.
  • Supporting with Staff Travel requests.
  • Updating schedule changes from airlines.
  • Reviewing and managing Amadeus Queues.
  • Checking and sorting multiple central e-mail inboxes.
  • Quality check of all online bookings.
  • Other Adhoc admin tasks.
  • We are looking for :

  • Energetic and motivated team players who enjoy the challenge of meeting and beating global targets.
  • People who are passionate about delivering high quality support and have excellent GDS skills.
  • Previous experience working with Amadeus is essential, must be able to re-issue tickets and process refunds.
  • Complete understanding of airline fare rules.
  • This role is based in our Cape Town office and requires flexibility of working patterns which include late shifts and weekend shifts.
