OVERALL PURPOSE
We are looking for a dynamic Technical Operations Manager to lead and mentor the technical operations department of Lula to support world class software products in a fast-paced cutting edge environment.
You will be responsible for provisioning, maintaining, and scaling our production services and servers. You will contribute to the architecture to improve scalability, service reliability, capacity, and performance.
Writing of automation code for provisioning and operating this infrastructure at massive scale would be a massive advantage.
You must ensure the health of our production environment and drive SLA's. You will drive and implement best practice and processes to enable better automation, implement tools and systems knowledge across TechOps engineers, Technical Support staff, DevOps Engineers and Application Support Engineers.
