Purpose of the Role
To maximise the value a customer experiences through specific channels or segment along the customer journey to increase customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for designing and implementing channel or segment specific marketing strategy
Analyze customers' purchasing habits and desires and develop effective ways to engage with customers
Develop and implement strategies to generate interest in products, creating demand for the products
Advise on appropriate promotional procedures established from customer data analysis and current trends.
Marketing Strategy development to attain defined business objectives throughout product categories focusing Vietnamese markets.
Head responsibility to develop, execute and performance of programs created to enhance presence plus ultimate take-away.
Contribute to organization’s goals plus objectives and enhance market share and sales performance.
Establish channel strategies along with execute associated plans.
Prepare promotional plan in designated channels with crucial customer segments
Provide marketing assistance to sales team through answering clients and product inquiries.
Develop, supervise and improve procedures to link entire marketing activities with sales team activities.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills :
Tertiary qualification Diploma / Certificate
Technical qualification is preferable
Minimum of 10 years in the role of marketing
Extensive knowledge of all aspects of branding
Strong project management abilities in order to effectively oversee strategy
Need strong analytical abilities in order to analyze customers' purchasing habits and desires and develop effective ways for an organization to engage with them.
Strong knowledge of consumer industry
Experience analyzing large amounts of data and trends
Ability to think critically and creatively
