Employee Relations Manager needed for a leading retail company in Johannesburg!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Employee Relations Manager to perform duties promoting harmonious workplace relations and sound employment practices in accordance with relevant labour legislation and the company’s policies and procedures, have a strong employee relations focus, proven knowledge of South African labour legislation, and exposure to CCMA proceedings.
Ideally you will have a relevant Degree / National Diploma in HR and or Labour Relations. A minimum of 6 years experience in a retail environment is essential.
