Prospecton - Our client, a leader in their industry, is current seeking the services of an experienced HR Administrator who will provide active and effective administrative support to the HR department.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required : Diploma in HR Management. Min 2 to 3 years HR admin experience. VIP Premier and ESS experience essential.

Understand MS Outlook diary management. Key Performance Areas : Personnel : Maintain HR filing system in accordance with world-class standards.

Update PHR on weekly basis. Administer staff benefits, programs, and events. Liaise with Managers and staff on queries. Provide documentation re : provident fund, medical aid, Admed Gap to HR Officer.

Contribute to HR projects. Provide data for management information reports and documents. Prepare and follow up with IOD claims and co-ordinate annual medical evaluations with Manager / employee.

Co-ordinate training and maintain list of statutory training. Keep track of FTC dates and duration of contracts. Administer AOD’s.

Administer ESS Leave Module. Database to be updated at all times. Prepare Certificates of Service and UI19 forms. HR Officer to sign off UI19 forms.

Recruitment : Create internal and external advertisements. Matches suitable CV’s to job requirements and forward to relevant Managers.

Schedule interviews. Arrange criminal checks and conduct reference checks. Notify unsuccessful candidates. Prepare orientation documentation, including and as per HR / IT Control Sheet.

Counsel new employees on rules, policies, benefits, procedures (medical aid plan counselling to be done with HR Officer).

Induction Role (Ambassadorial). HR Support : Provide accurate HR advice / assistance / support to various departments and employees.

Administer probationary review time periods to relevant Manager. Record safety stats, arrange OHS meetings, take and distribute minutes of OHS meetings.

  • Recordkeeping for Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Plan. Payroll : Wages and full-time wages in the HR Officer'
  • s absence. Act as back-up for payroll in HR Officer's absence. Integrate VIP and PHR and resolve queries. Provide accurate data and relevant documentation to HR Officer.
