Purpose : Administer and coordinate the recruitment and selection process / activities end to end in line with relevant legislation and HR policy framework.
Minimum Requirements : Relevant diploma or equivalent years demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection of up to management level.
Experience in recruiting professional and specialised skills will be preferred.Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites including other platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills.Good written and verbal communications skills.Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and maintain sound relationships.
Good in detailResponsibilities : Create and publish job ads in various portalsScreen job applications to create shortlists of suitable candidatesInterview candidates for a wide range of roles (junior to senior professionals including mid-level management)Network with potential hires through relevant platformsFollow up with candidates throughout the hiring processConduct relevant checks, e.
g., character reference etc.Advice hiring managers on the recruitment and assessment methodsLiaise with third parties and HR service providers in the coordination of the recruitmentprocessLiaise with line managers to determine recruitment requirements and needsTrack hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hireCoordinate the logistic arrangement for new staff to ensure that new staff receive adequate informationProduce recruitment reports as requiredPerform any other duty as assigned.
