  • General AdministratorREQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 certificate;Diploma in Human Resource.Exposure to an HR environment, ideally from a manufacturing environment will be advantageous;
  • Willingness to learn, enthusiasm, energetic and flexible;Professional and courteous conduct;Efficiently and timeously providing feedback to Management;
  • Efficient in managing own time and meeting deadlines;Own reliable transport.JOB DESCRIPTION : General HR administration duties;
  • Specific administrative support and assistance to senior management;Assist in compiling month-end reports;General administrative duties and specific support role to HR Manager;
  • General administration including typing of minutes, letters, copying, filing, maintaining an organised work space, etc;Assist with escalation of disciplinary issues;
