A Multinational Corporate Bank is seeking to employ an IT Strategy Manager to be responsible for the management of the country IT strategies within the Group for Africa.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably with strategy implementation experience, along with Banking / Financial Services Experience.
Qualification required :
3 year tertiary qualification
Specialised strategy training
Postgraduate qualification will be an advantage
Experience required :
Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
Banking / Financial Services experience.
Experience on MS Office with emphasis on PowerPoint & Excel, Microsoft Project & Visio.
Experience in implementing strategy projects.
Project Management experience.
Knowledge of schools of Strategy
Knowledge of Norton and Kaplan Balanced Scorecard
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Knowledge of reporting and measures (metrics & KPI’s)
Skills required :
Business writing & Executive presentation skills.
Data gathering and analysis.
Problem solving and decision-making.
