    Your team :

    In this role you will have the opportunity to work in a multi-cultural environment and support sales teams in all aspects of operations across Sub-Saharan Africa region.

    This role is reporting to Sales Director and will have a broad collaboration interface with various colleagues across departments as well as internationally.

    This requires strong coordination and communication with all stakeholders such as the customers, account managers, order management, logistics, engineering, finance, legal etc.

    You will be a single point of contact for all supporting functions, responsible for smooth operational and administration execution with internal and external exposure.

    Your role :

    As Administration Executive and Sales Support you will be responsible for :

    Sales Order Management : providing customer and sales support in each step of the sales process from order generation to fulfillment.

    This would include engagement with the Account Manager, Order Management Team, Pre-Sales etc and helps resolve issues, tracks orders, investigates shipping issues etc.

    and manages customer expectations.

    Sales Force Administration : Reports creation / modification, continuous monitoring and updating of opportunities data in collaboration with the account managers, ongoing maintenance (account creation, modification, deactivation etc).

    Engagement with IT & Sales Enablement team to ensure all reports are running correctly and any issues are resolved quickly.

    Global Customer Data Management (CDM) : Creation & modification of customer information in all systems (SFDC, COF, R12 etc).

    Support sales and post sales teams to get the needed information.

    Reporting : Orders, Revenue & Forecast reports to management including weekly update report generation on key opportunities and any additional reports required by the supporting teams (e.

    g. product or supply chain)

    General Sales Support : coordinating all needed support for the account managers with the supporting functions such as meetings, legal documents, G7 / G9 applications, facilitate customer travel arrangements etc

    Management Support : Assist SSA leadership with any support required

    Contractor Management : Creation of internal PO’s relating to contractors, SOW’s, quotations, payments etc

    Facilities & Office Management : acting as single POC for all office related queries

    Facilitate New Joiners Training : work with HR and ensure that all accounts and Motorola Tools are opened and trainings are done for new joiners to the broader team in South Africa

    Basic Requirements

    Your skills and experience :

    To be successful as a Administration Executive and Sales Support you should be / have :

    Minimum of 3 years of practical experience (sales support, client relationship / services manager, delivery program manager, order management etc)

    Ability to work in an international environment taking cultural differences into consideration

    Strong personality with a high degree of project, operations and delivery execution

    High degree of enthusiasm to work, self motivation and load bearing capacity

    Basic knowledge of business economics and distribution business

    Good / profound knowledge to use modern PC software possibilities to effectively handle all business issues.

    Good practical and working SFDC experience

    Proven reporting capabilities

    Proven skills in conducting internal negotiations and good command of English language, verbally and in writing, one to two other languages are preferred

    Basic knowledge of Motorola Solutions’ portfolio would be an advantage
