Established retail food brand in Randpark is looking for a Butchery Manager. Looking for candidates with 5 or more years experience in butchery management, preferably in a retail environment.
General butchery management skills required. Must be skilled in meat preparation, cutting as well as have knowledge of meat aging techniques.
Must have exceptional quality and quantity control skills. The suitable candidate will have knowledge of food health and safety as well as staff management and training.
Must be able to work with high volumes. Only candidates with good contactable references will be considered. R - K CTC depending on experience.
