As an Sr Account Executive in Midrand, Johannesburg youcan help make possibilities happen.

Summary :

Markets ACIproducts and services to current and potential customers and Africa baseddistributors within a defined territory and / or industry and manages ACI'soverall relationship with established accounts and distributors.

Developsstrategy and manages the process of bringing the identified marketingopportunities to a logical close. Assists distributors in their efforts to sellACI products and services where appropriate.

Keeps current on ACIproducts / enhancements, competition and industry trends. Maintains account and territory records,updates management on account activity and provides forecast data as requested.

Travel will be required.

Responsibilities :

Identifies opportunities to market ACI productsand services to current and prospective customers and distributors in theassigned territory.

Develops strategy and manages the process of bringing theidentified marketing opportunities to a logical close, consistent with ACI’ssales best practices.

  • Manages ACI’s overall relationship with currentand prospective customers and distributors, with emphasis on developing andmaintaining effective relationships with key executives.
  • Customer satisfactionand loyalty are key requirements and measurements.

  • Manage all administrative aspects of theassignment including but not limited to account profiles, sales pipelinerecords, current and prospective customer org charts, etc.
  • consistent withACI’s sales best practices.

  • Keeps current on ACI products / enhancements,competition activities and industry trends.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policiesto include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global InformationSecurity

    MinimumRequirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of successful direct sales experiencein industries targeted by ACI (financial institutions, processors, merchants,etc.).
  • Must havea proven track record of achieving targets where the majority of sales arethrough Africa based distributors.
  • Paymentsor payments processing related sales experience is a plus.
  • Understanding and knowledge of products currently marketed by ACI is a plus.
  • Sellingtechnology solutions into multinational organizations, large online retailers,ecommerce companies, and / or merchant acquirer / processor experience is highly desired.
  • Salesforce.com experience is preferred..
  • Channel management experience specifically on the African Continent is essential.
  • Must be able to sell large complex deals to the C Level in an organization.
